1. General

By using https://volex.group (the “site”), operated by Volex Group Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością (Sp. z o.o.), you accept these terms. If you disagree, stop using the site. Engineering and installation services are governed by separate contracts.

2. Intellectual property

Texts, images, Volex Group trademarks, logos, and site structure are protected by law. No commercial copying or distribution without written consent, except fair quotation with attribution.

3. Acceptable use

You must not compromise security (hacking, overload), harvest personal data of others without grounds, or distribute malware.

4. Limitation of liability

Site content is general information and marketing and does not constitute legal, engineering, or technical advice for a specific facility or project. Decisions on installation, safety, and regulatory compliance are made only under individual contracts and project documentation. Liability for damages arising from use of the site is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Governing law

Use of the site is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes with counterparties regarding service contracts are resolved as set out in those contracts. For disputes concerning the site itself, absent a separate agreement, the courts of general jurisdiction at the registered office of Volex Group Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością (Sp. z o.o.) in Poland shall have jurisdiction.
